Before you register your team
Before completing your 2019 registration for your team, please take some time to read through al of the race documents we have for you and your team members. These are important and include safety details, this years regulations and more. Entries cost £75. If your team is classed as a juniors (For under 18 teams) your fee is £38 and if your junior team arrives on the day – you will recieve your entry fee back. You must enter before the event. Entries will not be approved on the day of the event.

|Team Registrations||Teams arrive at the recreation ground (Next to the Memorial Hall in Whitefield Road) and sign in, provide their deposit of £25 for the lap timing transponder and are allocated their grid position. The deposit is returned to you if the transponder is returned safely. They will also be allocated a pit position where they can setup before the race.||11:00|
|Team Briefing||Teams will listen to the Race Director who will provide vital information and rules about the race.||12:15|
|Marshal Briefing||Marshals will listen to the Race Director who will provide vital information on how the race will be run||12:45|
|Parade Lap||Teams will leave their pit area and go around the track once to their allocated grid position.||13:30|
|Teams on Grid||All teams will be lining up on the grid after their parade lap.||13:35|
|Race Starts||The flag is lifted and the race begins. Teams will race for two hours at an attempt to get the most laps as well as fastest times.||14:00|
|Race Ends||The race ends and teams go back to their pits and await the Awards Ceremony.||16:00|
|Awards Ceremony||Teams will gather around the commentators paddock for the awards ceremony.||16:15|
|End of event||After the awards the teams are free to leave. Any help with collecting barriers will be appreciated.||16:30|
